9. Complaints Policy

If you wish to make a complaint please ask to speak with the registered manager or submit your concerns in writing to the address provided below. We will acknowledge written complaints within two working days and respond within twenty working days. If further investigation is needed, we will provide an explanation and an expected response timeframe. A full response will be provided within 5 days of the conclusion.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for consultation cancellations to be eligible for a full refund.For treatment bookings, a £100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, 24 hours notice must be given to receive a full refund of your deposit or to transfer it to a new appointment date.

Late cancellations or no-shows to consultations of treatments may result in the loss of your deposit.

11. Policy on Children & Pets

We do not allow children under 18 or pets in the clinic unless supervised by a responsible adult who is not receiving treatment. If you attend your appointment with a child, pet, or unsupervised guest Dr JP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
